AI Strategy

A plan that defines how an organization will use AI to achieve business goals. A good AI strategy covers: which problems to solve with AI, what data and infrastructure are needed, how to build or buy AI capabilities, how to manage risks, and how to measure success. According to McKinsey, only 1 percent of organizations have a mature AI strategy.
